I Gave Up Coffee – again!

I love the smell of coffee! I enjoy the first few sips. One a day was a ritual and at times became two a day, depending on the work environment, stress levels, or on the amount of sleep I had the night before. I had quit coffee and all caffeinated beverages in the past and reaped the many benefits from doing so. When I returned to consuming just one everyday, I would feel a bit jittery, had a spike of energy, and felt I could not start my day without it, I knew I had a coffee addiction.
