60 seconds to a Healthier and more Productive You!

Do you work in an office, stationary in front of a PC most of the day?  Do you experience aches and pains at the end of your work day?  I did and over time this led to injury and a chronic condition.  The good news is that there are quick, easy, and effective ways to ease those aches, pains, and strains.  Here are the essential exercises I recommend for the typical office worker based on my experiences, and no excuses as they take only 60 seconds (or less) to do!

Are your shins sore? Mine were. I was in excruciating pain during and after exercise, and with every step I took. At its worse, it felt like a knife stab in the middle of my shin bone in both legs.
