Personal Training

Are you looking to lose or gain weight, tone, strength train, get in shape, increase energy levels, improve flexibility, or learn new workout routines?

We provide Certified Personal Training for clients seeking the motivation and expertise to reach their fitness goals.

Our approach to personal training is deliberate.  We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ or in listing a series of exercises.  Instead we get to know YOU as an individual, set S.M.A.R.T. goals, and design a customized program for each and every client.  Individualized, progressive, safe, and effective programs may include training components of: cardio, resistance, balance and coordination, functional, and flexibility.  It all depends on YOU, YOUR needs, and YOUR goals.

We provide one-on-one and small group training sessions at a condo gym or your home.
